Registration Information

Registration Fees for Two (2), Three (3), and NON-VPK Four (4) Year Olds: $100.00 Registration fee is a one time non-refundable fee.

  • Tuition is prorated over 9 months.
  • August tuition is due on or before the first day of school.  August tuition will also cover the month of September.  This is the only exception to the tuition rule.
  • Class times are 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
  • All students must be the class age by September 1st.
  • CCP accepts students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin.

All children enrolled in CCP must have the following forms on file:

•     Medical Examination Certificate that attests the child is in good health or that   any known medical conditions are under control
•     Current immunizations appropriate for child's age
•     Enrollment Form

  • Child Biography Sheet
  • Positive Discipline Form
  • Photograph Release
  • VPK Attendance Policy (VPK students only)

•     Notarized Emergency Medical Release Form
•     Policy Booklet Agreement Form

Your child's record is available upon request.

Arrival and Pick Up:

If your child arrives at school in a vehicle, car line must be used.  Carline begins each day promptly at 8:45 am to ensure all children are in their classrooms by 9:00 am.  Parents are encouraged to enter through the 17-92 entrance to the church.  Follow the traffic directions to the upper lot alongside the playground and preschool wing.  If you chose to enter from the Piney Ridge entrance into the upper paarking lot, you must go into the lower lot and u-turn to get in your rightful position in line.  No one will be allowed to “cut” the pick-up/drop-off line. 

Each family will receive a colored sign with their child’s name on it.  Please place the sign in a visible position in your front window or haning from your rearview mirror.  (Suggestions from previous parents include using clothespins to attach to passenger visor in down position or place in front paseenger side window using a purse or tissue box for propping).  This will ease the Director and teachers in deciphering who is being picked up or dropped off.  It is our pleasure to greet your child by name and to assist in getting them safely from your vehicle directly to their classroom and back to your vehicle at the end of the day.  The safety of all children is out utmost priority and that is why we insist on using carline to alleviate any walk-through traffic.  

Once your child has been placed inside your vehicle, please pull forward or into the Piney Ridge parking spots to strap your child securely in their seat if they require assistance.  Time does not permit us to assist in this step.

Please be mindful of our little ones and turn your engine off if you are idling next to our classroom wing.  At no time may a vehicle that is turned on be left without an adult inside! 

  • If you are tardy, please park, then walk your child to the preschool office to sign him/her in and then to their classroom wearing a visitor badge. 
  • Parents must submit to the office on the Security Release Form any person/s who will be authorized to transport their child after school. Updates can be made at any time to your child's file.
  • NO CHILD WILL BE RELEASED TO ANYONE OTHER THAN A PARENT OR AUTHORIZED SUBSTITUTE.
  • If someone other than a parent is picking up your child, please notify the Director. A driver's license is required as identification..
  • DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME.

All Students:

Punctuality is expected.  School starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 1:00 p.m.  A child enrolled in the VPK program at Community Christian Preschool may not be more than ten minutes tardy, and may not be withdrawn from school more than ten minutes early.  Your child will be marked absent and must be signed in/out at the office if arriving 10 minutes late or leaving 10 minutes early. Entering the classroom late or exiting early causes disruption in the schedule and to other students.

A daily rate will be charged for any absences over ten for the entire school year except in cases of emergency or preplanned situations – please discuss with the Director.
