Dear Families,
Welcome to Community Christian Preschool and the 2008-2009 School Year! We are so excited to have your family as a part of our preschool family.
Our mission at Community Christian Preschool continues to be “to provide a safe, loving, learning environment in which all children are encouraged to grow socially, emotionally and spiritually.” Our preschool staff is dedicated to providing enriching, hands-on experiences that will enhance your child’s development in all areas.
Through age appropriate activities that will include classroom prayer circles, imaginative play, cooking, story time, play centers and bi-monthly worship, our teachers will set the scaffold for your child to have future educational success.
We value family involvement and respect that parents are a child’s first and greatest teacher. We encourage all families to attend our monthly family worship time and actively participate in their child’s joyful preschool experience. Preschool Advisory Council is open to all families and will meet the second Tuesday morning each month at 9:15.
At Community Christian Preschool it is our deepest desire that each child experience God’s love. Our Christian framework involves bible concepts and stories being interwoven into our classroom plans and exemplified in our chapel times.
We will be hosting a mandatory Parent Open House on Monday, August 25 at 7 pm. Please plan to attend this meeting in the Sanctuary. Each family will have the opportunity to meet in their child’s classroom with the teachers. The teachers have many fun activities and field trips planned for the year and for your child. This meeting is specifically for adults and children are discouraged from attending this evening.
